Majestic Mare and Fancy Flourish stamp sets from Honey Doo Crafts
How are we all? Anything planned for today?
I'm sharing a few cards I made using the very stunning
Majestic Mare and
Fancy Flourish stamps.
Both are available from Honey Doo Crafts
Also used:
Dream Sentiments stamp set
Birthday Sentiments stamp set
Mica Powders
Distress Oxides
Embossing powder
Versmark Ink
Kuretake clean colour pens
Glossy paper
Versafine
Gel pen
To create the background I spritzed water all over the card then brushed Sour Grape, Blue Diamond and Purple Topaz Mica Powders over the top
The Fancy Flourish was stamped in Versmark and then Mica Powders were brushed over the top. Brush off any excess
The horse was stamped and heat embossed in black then coloured in with Kuretake clean colour pens
Before adhering the mica background, stamp the Fancy Flourish randomly, over the card blank, in black onyx versafine
Adhere Mare with foam pads
The Fancy Flourish, and Dream Sentiment, were stamped and heat embossed in gold
White Opal mica was mixed with a little water and then the flourish was randomly painted with a small brush
Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, Cracked Pistachio and Worn Lipstick Distress Oxides were pressed onto a glass mat, spritzed with water and then the square of glossy photo paper (cut to size), was dabbed into the ink. It was dried off in between each layer of ink, until the desired effect was achieved
The Mare was stamped and heat embossed in silver then coloured in with Kuretake clean colour pens
The Birthday Sentiment was stamped in the Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide
And that's today's post. I hope you enjoyed looking through and please leave a comment

Honey Doo Crafts Floral Crest stamp and die and Little Lilies and Leaves and Dream Sentiments stamp set
Morning crafters
Hope everyone is well and looking forward to a good weekend
I'd like to share another DT sample using the stunning
Floral Crest stamp and coordinating die
Little Lilies and Leaves stamp set
Dream Sentiments stamp set
These are available from www.honeydoocrafts.co.uk
To begin I randomly stamped one of the flowers, from the Little Lilies and Leaves stamp set, over a piece of square cardstock, cut smaller than my card blank. This was done in a pale distress ink
I stamped the Floral Crest onto some white card, coloured it in with Kuretake clean colour pens and cut it out using the coordinating die
I then stamped a few of the matching flowers from the Little Lilies and Leaves stamp set and coloured them in the same colours, before cutting out.
A piece of vellum was laid on top of my stamped background, with the flowers laid in place, so I could work out where I wanted my sentiment to go. This was stamped and heat embossed with ink and clear embossing powder
I then adhered the Floral Crest, and cut out flowers, around the vellum panel, using pinflair glue to hold it all in place
Some dried flowers were tucked behind the flowers on the bottom left of the card
To complete I matted this onto some lilac card and then adhered to card blank.

This was matted onto black card and adhered to card blank

It's called the Majestic Mare, and it certainly lives up to its name.
The flower stamp is Daisy Display..so beautiful.

I then stamped and heat embossed the flowers onto vellum and used the die to cut them out. These were moulded to create an elegant 3d flower.
The card was matted onto mirri then more black card stock.
The sentiment was heat embossed onto a strip of vellum which was secured around the matted layers before attaching these to the card blank.

Honey Doo Crafts Little Lilies and Leaves, Dream Sentiments stamp set
Morning crafters.
Sharing another of my first samples as guest designer on the Honey Doo DT.
I've used the
Little Lilies and Leaves stamp set
Dream Sentiments stamp set
Www.honeydoocrafts.co.uk
I cut the front off a card blank, leaving a strip at the top. I adhered acetate to the back of the strip to create an acetate front card blank. Using the cut off card stock, I cut another strip and added this to the bottom of the acetate panel.
The flowers and leaves were stamped and then coloured with Promarkers before being cut out.
These were then adhered along the top and bottom of the card strips , so they overlapped onto the acetate.
The sentiment was stamped and matted and then attached to the middle of the acetate.
Thankyou for popping by and would love you to follow my blog to see all my future design team makes, as well as my own cards and crafts.
