Kind Thoughts word die samples for Stamps By Me

Hello everyone xx

Hope you're having a lovely weekend.  I've been busy sample making.

Today I'd like to share some more of my samples for the newest word dies released by
Stamps By Me 

These are from the Kind Thoughts 2 die set.
A selection of word dies, in a beautiful script font, perfect for all occasions

The Splatter Art and Celebrate dies were cut out in various coloured paper. The background was created by putting Squeezed Lemonade, Chipped Sapphire and Peacock Feathers Distress Inks on a mat, spritzing with water and mopping it up on the card.

The Distressed Patterns stamps were inked up in Peacock Feathers and Twisted Citron DO.  The Thanks die was cut from black paper and the smaller sentiment was taken from the Thanks stamp set

Oh Happy Day stamp set by Stamps By Me

Hi everyone

My last blog for today is another sample showcasing the new Oh Happy Day stamp set available from
Stamps By Me 

Also used:
Blue paper
Distress Inks : Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, Chipped Sapphire,
White gel pen
Black onyx versafine

• Cut a square of blue paper slightly smaller than card blank 
• Cut some white card smaller than this but ensure that once it's cut into two, the borders top, bottom and in the middle are roughly equal
• Stamp the flowers in the bottom right corner of the white card
• Ink up the splats in the distress inks and stamp them over the flowers
• Ink up the splats again, stamp on some copier paper first, then stamp again randomly over the white card,  to create a muted stamped image.  Repeat several times
• Stamp sentiment in black onyx versafine in the top right corner 
• Cut the white card into two strips
• Adhere blue paper to card blank and then adhere the two stamped panels, with wet glue, ensuring they line up
• Draw a wiggly frame around the card with a white gel pen

Oh Happy Day... by Stamps By Me

Also used:
Coloured papers/card
Black onyx versafine
Kuretake clean colour pens
Black pen

• Cut two solid frames in two colours of your choice.  Adhere first to card blank and draw around it with a black pen.  Adhere second, at s jaunty angle, and draw around this to
• Stamp the sentiments in black onyx versafine 
• Cut a third, smaller solid frame and stamp the flowers in black onyx versafine 
• Colour in using your pens
• Adhere using foam pads to complete your card

Another quick but beautiful card to make.

Would also look great in monochrome papers
