Wonderful in every way

Morning crafters xx

As it's Thursday,  it's my turn over on the
Buzzy Goings On At Bee Crafty Blog

Today I'm showcasing the very beautiful
Carnation large flower stamp. I've teamed it up with the gorgeous Swallow ..a gorgeous combination I think x

Also used
Everyday Sentiments 1
Bark - Positive
Sparkle pens
Kuretake clean colour pens

For this sample I took the pens straight to the stamp, applying the ink using the side of my pens, so as not to ruin the hairs
I spritzed with water before stamping the images
Using a water brush, I moved some of the ink around, whilst still wet, to give a watercolour effect
The sentiment was stamped in Vintage Photo DO

I hope you enjoyed today's post and I'll be back next Thursday with another Bee Crafty make

Honey Doo Crafts to showcase the beautiful

Butterfly And Flowers Large Corner

  • The Butterfly Corner was stamped onto the white card with the Smokey Grey versafine ink.  I also stamped part of it coming down from the top right corner
  • The sentiment and a butterfly were also stamped in the Versafine
  • On a seperate piece of card I stamped it again,  coloured in the flowers with the Green Shadow pen, then cut them out.
  • Using the Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide, I stamped the Music Notes, so it went over the flowers

Butterfly and Flowers Large Corner by Honey Doo Crafts

Afternoon crafters   xx
Hope you're all well. Been up to much today?
I had my beautiful granddaughter as usual, lots of fun and games to be had lol

Thought I'd share a DT card I made to showcase the following stamp sets by Honey Doo Crafts

Butterfly And Flowers Large Corner
Birthday Sentiments

Also used :
Distress Inks : Spiced Marmalade, Chipped Sapphire
Kuretake clean colour pens
Black onyx versafine ink

  • I cut some white card, which would create a panel to the left of my card blank
  • I put some of the Distress inks onto a glass mat, spritzed with water and then pushed the card panel into it. I dabbed areas that I wanted to infill,  until I was happy with my background
  • The Butterfly Corner, sentiment and butterfly,  were stamped in black onyx versafine ink
  • I added a hint of colour to the Butterfly wings, with my kuretake clean colour pens
  • I used the panel as a guide then stamped part of the Butterfly Corner directly on to the card blank, so it would peek out from under the stamped panel, once it was adhered.
  • I also stamped the sentiment and Butterfly onto the card blank before adhering my stamped panel with wet glue
I hope you enjoyed today's blog post

Today I'm sharing a quick card I made using
Chase Your Dreams stamp set by For The Love of Stamps

Also used:
Black fine line pen
Kuretake clean colour pens
Black onyx versafine ink

To begin I cut squares of green, black and white card in decreasing sizes

I drew a black line across the white mat

Using the versafine ink I stamped all the dangling jewels, from the stamp set, so they "hung" down from my line

They were coloured in using my Kuretake clean colour pens

The sentiment was stamped in black onyx versafine ink

I then adhered the white card to the black, then the green and then onto my card blank

I Hope you like this quick and simple card

Doodle Designs stamp set by Honey Doo Crafts

Good morning crafters
I'd love to share my DT sample for the gorgeous new stamp set available to buy now from
Www.honeydoocrafts.co.uk

This is the Doodle Designs stamp set

Also used:
Mum stamp set
Tim Holtz Mixed Media die
Black onyx versafine ink
Kuretake clean colour pens

A square of black card was cut smaller than card blank, as well as a slightly smaller one in white card

I set these to one side then stamped the flowers on white card, coloured them in with my kuretake clean colour pens then shaped them into 3d flowers

I worked out where I wanted my 3d flowers to sit on the white square card, then I stamped flowers and leaves, in the versafine ink, so they would sit behind my flowers

I cut out my swirl from the Tim Holtz die and coloured it in with my pens

The swirl was adhered over the stamped images and the 3d flowers adhered over the swirl

The sentiment from the Mum stamp set was stamped in the versafine too

I adhered the topper to the black card then adhered that to my card blank, then added a few clear gems to complete this sample

Thanks for looking

Honey Doo Crafts Floral Crest stamp set

Good morning everyone.

Glad it's Friday today.  Looking forward to a day in the craft room working on a few samples xx

Today I'm sharing a DT sample using the gorgeous
Floral Crest stamp and die
Little Lilies and Leaves stamp set
Whatever You Want To Be stamp set

All available from
Www.honeydoocrafts.co.uk

To begin I cut a square of card slightly smaller than card blank
Then I cut an aperture frame using dies

I used low adhesive tape to hold frame in place on the square card. The Floral Crest was stamped, in black onyx versafine ink,  so it slightly overlapped the frame itself

I also stamped some of the little Lillies and leaves and cut them out

They were all coloured in using Kuretake clean colour pens but I only coloured the part of the image within the aperture

The card was then assembled using 3d glue gel to add dimension

The sentiment was stamped in black onyx versafine ink to finish

I hope you like this sample.
