Vintage Flowers by Honey Doo Crafts

Good morning everyone
How are we all today?

I'd like to share one of my DT samples for the new stamps by
www.honeydoocrafts.co.uk

Vintage Flowers

Also used:
Friendship Quotes stamp set
Gold embossing powder
Versmark Ink pad
Distress inks : Picked Raspberry, Cracked Pistachio
Kuretake clean colour pens
Clear gems

To begin I cut a square of pink card and a square of white card in decreasing sizes

On a seperate piece of white card I heat embossed the flower stamps using Versmark ink and gold embossing powder

They were coloured with my kuretake clean colour pens

I cut them out, shaped them and assembled them to create 3d flowers and leaves

Using these as I guide on the white card, I stamped flowers and leaves in the distress inks, so they would sit behind the 3d flowers

I splattered the DI'S over the white card and stamped the sentiment in the Picked Raspberry DI

This was adhered to pink card then onto card blank

I adhered the 3d flowers and leaves with pinflair gel glue to create dimension

A few clear gems were added to complete my sample

I hope you like it..the Vintage Flowers are stunning and soo versatile

Vintage Flowers by Honey Doo Crafts

Morning crafters
Hope everyone is well xx

Today I'm sharing a DT sample to showcase the beautiful
Vintage Flowers by Honey Doo Crafts

Also used:
Friendship Quotes stamp set
Distress inks : Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean, Mowed Lawn
White embossing powder

To begin I cut some green card slightly smaller than my 7x5 card blank and a piece of white card slightly smaller than this

I inked up the white card using my blue Distress Inks,  blending from darker on the outside and lighter towards the centre

I stamped and heat embossed some of the flowers on a separate piece of white card and used the DI to colour them in

These were cut out, shaped and glued to create a 3d flower

Using this flower as I guide I then stamped and heat embossed more flowers and leaves directly onto the white card, so they would sit behind my 3d flower

I also stamped and heat embossed the sentiment in the white powder

I subtly coloured in the leaves

I adhered the white card to the green and then to the card blank

To finish I adhered the 3d flower over the stamped images and added a few pearls

I hope you like my sample

Altenew Vintage Flowers and Halftone Circles

Morning  xx
It's the weekend finally. What have you got planned?
I'm working on some DT samples so watch this space....

Today I thought I'd share a card I made using stamps by Altenew
Vintage Flowers
Halftone Circles

Also used:
Distress Inks: Worn Lipstick,  Wilted Violet,  Picked Raspberry
Pixie Powders: Candy Pink, Burnt Orange
Black Onyx Versafine ink

The halftone circles were inked up with mixed distress inks and stamped randomly over the card blank

I cut a strip of rainbow mirri and a slightly narrower strip of white card

Pixie Powders were used to create a background on the white card

I stamped the flowers and sentiment in black onyx versafine ink then adhered this to the rainbow mirri

I used foam pads to adhere this to the card blank

A simple but effective card which I hope you like

Thankyou for taking the time to look

Altenew Vintage flowers and halftone circles

Morning crafters

Would love to share a card I made using the beautiful Vintage Flowers layered stamps from Altenew.  Along with their halftone circles.

I cut an oval from white card then trimmed the edge of so it sat against the edge of the card blank

I used low tack tape to secure it in place then stamped the vintage flowers in versafine black onyx ink, ensuring that some of the stamp was on the edges of the die cut oval

I inked up the small Half tone circle with distress inks and used this to "colour" in the flowers and leaves

I stamped a sentiment onto the oval die cut and adhered it with foam pad to complete

Altenew halftone circles, vintage flowers and Tim Holtz crazy birds

Afternoon crafters.

As it's Easter Sunday thought I'd do a second blog post today lol.

So here's a card I've just made using the following stamp sets

Halftone Circles and Vintage Flowers flowers by Altenew
Crazy Birds by Tim Holtz

I created a watercolour random background using Distress inks.

The Vintage Flowers outline stamps were stamped in Versmark black onyx ink and I used the Halftone Circle stamps to "colour" the flowers in

I stamped the crazy bird in black versafine ink and coloured it in with Kuretake clean colour pens. It was then cut out and attached using foam pads

To complete my card I stamped the sentiment from the Halftone Circles stamp set

I hope you like this fun card..
