I wanted to share a canvas I made using
Scribbles and Splats die from Tim Holtz
You stamp set from Julie Hickey
To begin I used texture paste through various TCW stencils to create dimension
Once dry I blended Twisted Citron, Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean distress inks over the canvas
I used circle stamps from VI in black onyx versafine ink
I die cut the hearts and scribbles and coloured them with the same DI and adhered them to the canvas with pinflair 3d gel
The sentiments were stamped in black onyx versafine ink and cut out before being glued on with pinflair gel.
To finish I added some white dots and highlights with a white gel pen
I hope you like it

DeleteFabulous! Love your color choices. I've never worked on canvas, is it much harder than you make it look?
ReplyDeleteHonestly Karen. . It's no harder than on card. I used the same inks as I do on cards. Maybe try on canvas board first as it gives you a solid base to stamp on, until yr more confident. Xxx
