Fierce Friends by My Favourite Things

Hi everyone.
Hope you're all well and had a lovely weekend.
I've had my daughter and granddaughter staying for a week so lots of precious memories being made..Happy days xx

Anyways,  I'm back with my weekly blog for
Bumbleberry Papercrafts  using the cute
Fierce Friends by MFT

Also used:
Distress Inks: Cracked Pistachio, Salty Ocean
Smokey Grey versafine

• Cut some white card smaller than card blank
• Apply some of the Distress inks to a glass mat, spritz with water then drag the card in it, to create a smooshed background 
• Stamp the branch, cute friends and some random leaves, in Smokey Grey versafine and colour in using the distress inks and a water brush 
• Stamp the birds in the versafine,  randomly all over the card blank
• Assemble with foam pads to complete

Fierce Friends from Bumbleberry Papercrafts

I'm back today with my usual Monday morning blog for Bumbleberry Papercrafts

For this sample I used the absolutely adorable
Fierce Friends  by MFT.  How cute are these characters and the sentiments make it a versatile stamp set for many occasions

Also used :
Distress Inks: Cracked Pistachio, Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean
Smokey Grey versafine
Dots stencil

• Cut a square of blue card and a slightly smaller square of white card.  Set the blue card mat to one side
• Stamp the first character in the smokey grey versafine. Mask it off before stamping the next character. Mask this one off and stamp the third. This technique makes them appear to sit behind each other. Mask off the third stamped image
• Blend the Distress inks over the masked images, to create a background 
• Stamp the tree in the Cracked Pistachio and the Roar stamp in Salty Ocean
• Blend the Tumbled Glass DI through the dotty stencil 
• Remove the 3 masks
• On a seperate piece of white card stamp the sentiment in the Salty Ocean and mat on a piece of blue card
• Assemble your card using wet glue

I'm back with my weekly Monday morning blog for Bumbleberry Papercrafts 

Today I'm showcasing one of the newly released MFT stamp sets
Fierce Friends
A very cute stamp set with lots of fun and versatility

Also used:
Distress Oxides : Fossilized Amber, Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistachio
Kuretake clean colour pens
Sepia Brown Versafine ink
Heart template

• I cut a square of white card slightly smaller than my card blank 
• Using a heart template I inked the white card in the Distress Oxides 
• I removed the inner template then using the outside one, I subtly inked the heart then stamped the Roar sentiment in the Peacock Feathers 
• I also inked the tree stamp around the top and bottom of the card in the Peacock Feathers then stamped the sentiment across the heart, in the Versafine 
• This was adhered onto the card blank with wet glue
• The cute Fierce Friends were then stamped on seperate white card, coloured in with Kuretake clean colour pens and cut out
• I adhered them with 3d glue gel to complete the sample
