Bloom

Morning everyone.

I'm over on the Bee Crafty blog today with my latest Art Journal pages, using the fabulous Journaling Girls. Love the freedom my Art Journal gives, anything goes, just let your creativity flow xx

Products used:
Journaling Girls: Cheer, Sassy
Inks
Sparkle pens

To create the background I put some drops of coloured ink on a glass mat, picked them up with a wet piece of cloth and dragged them across the pages. I did this several times, in different directions to create this effect.

I stamped the embellishments randomly across the pages using Black Onyx Versafine and Faded Jean's Distress  Oxides.

I stamped some of the Just Bloom flowers randomly across the bottom.

The Journaling Girls and a Block were stamped on card, coloured in, cut out and adhered to the page. (The Sentiment was stamped in Black Onyx Versafine on the Block, before adhering it).

I also stamped some of the flowers on a piece of card, coloured them in with my sparkle pens, cut them out and adhered them on top of the stamped images, to create more dimension.

I hope you enjoyed today's post and I'll see you again soon

Doodled Blooms by MFT

Good morning crafters

Welcome to my usual weekly Monday morning blog on behalf of
www.bumbleberrys.co.uk

Today I'd like to share a sample I made to showcase the cool and fun
Doodled Blooms  stamp set by MFT
Also used:
Pixie Powders
Black Onyx versafine ink
Pearls

My last couple of samples for this set were "pretty" so I thought I'd experiment with a "darker" version...and I love it lol

To begin I took an a4 sheet of black card  and blasted it with Pixie Powders to create this fab effect

I cut it into a square smaller than my card blank then cut it into 3 irregular panels. These were adhered to card blank using wet glue

On the left over piece of background card, I stamped 3 of the Doodled Blooms and cut them out. These were shaped and set to one side

A used a stitched die set to cut out an oval and a frame from white card

I stamped a sentiment onto the oval in black onyx versafine ink

These were adhered to centre of card blank using wet glue and foam pads, for the frame

The flowers were adhered around the frame with pinflair gel glue, to complete this sample

I hope you like the way I used these stamps. Please leave a comment to let me know what you  think

My Favourite Things Doodled Blooms stamp set

Morning crafters

Me again for my weekly Monday morning blog showcasing products available from
www.bumbleberrys.co.uk

Today I'm using the fabulous
Doodled Blooms stamp set

How fun is this stamp set. So much variety and versatility.

To begin with I cut a square of card 6x6 and used my Pixie Powders to create a background

I then stamped the Doodled Blooms using Black Onyx Versafine Ink

Once dry, I coloured in the blooms using my Kuretake Clean Colour pens

The sentiment was then stamped with Black Onyx Versafine ink

This was matted onto some rainbow mirri and adhered to a 7x7 card blank using foam pads

Next I stamped 4 of the blooms onto some white card, coloured them in with my pens, and cut them out

I shaped them using a moulding mat

I adhered 3 of the blooms to the bottom of the card blank and adhered the 4th to the centre of one of my main flower stamps, to add more dimension

To complete this sample I added a couple of clear gems

I hope you love this fun stamp set as much as me.

Doodled Blooms by My Favourite Things

Afternoon crafters

Home from a busy day at work

Thought I'd share a DT card I made using the beautiful
Doodled Blooms stamp set by My Favourite Things and
Halftone Circles by Altenew
available to buy from

To begin I put a strip of masking tape near across the card blank

I stamped the first bloom in the centre of the card in versafine black onyx ink
Having masked this off I stamped another behind it and using the masking technique,  I stamped the rest of the blooms around the centre one.

Also using a masking technique I stamped several of the stalks down from the blooms, across the masking tape. I also drew a few of my own stalks in using a black fine line pen

I coloured all the stamped images in with my kuretake clean colour pens

To complete I removed the masking tape and stamped the sentiment from the Halftone Circles stamp set
