Have a marvellous Day

Hello crafters

How are you all?
I'm back on the Bee Crafty blog today with another make using the fabulous
Light Tomorrow  stamp set. I do love the versatility this stamp offers xx

Products used :
Light Tomorrow stamp set
Trio of Butterflies
Everyday Sentiments
White ink
Transfer foil
Gold Acrylic Paint
White gel pen

I stamped the Light Bulb in white ink then masked it off
The Butterflies were also stamped in white ink, ensuring parts of the stamped image was over the masked Light Bulb. This gives the effect of flying behind the Bulb
I used a white gel pen to add a butterfly trail
Gold Acrylic Paint was used to colour in the bulb working from light in the centre, getting darker towards the outer edges
This was matted onto gold mirri then adhered to card blank to complete

Thankyou for popping by and I'll be back again soon

For You...

Hello everyone

I'm on the Bee Crafty blog today with two makes using the absolutely beautiful Sunflower. A stunning hand drawn flower that stamps so brilliantly

Also used :
Everyday Sentiments XL 1
Distress Oxides
Dinkables
Sparkle pens
Bark Positive stamp
Foil

For the background I used my sparkle pens, a large brush and water. Creates a beautiful blended rainbow effect which you can also get using Distress Inks and Oxides
I stamped random bits of Bark and blended Distress Oxides randomly through Honeycomb stencil. I used a fine line pen to add some effect to the honeycomb shapes
Using a water brush I bleached out a sun
The Sunflower and sentiment was stamped in black onyx versafine and I added a few white highlights with a gel pen

I applied Distress Oxides direct to the stamp, spritzed with water and stamped onto my card stock.
Using a craft knife I cut around the Sunflower, so the edges of parts of it sat over the panel, which was same length as my card blank
I applied transfer foil to base of my Sunflower. I also applied some to the base of my card blank
The panel was adhered to card blank and I added wiggly lines down each side of the panel, with a black pen
The sentiment was stamped in white, to complete

Many thanks for popping by and I'll be back again soon

Hello You

Hello everyone xx

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas xx

It's my turn on the Bee Crafty blog today and I'm using the fabulous Light Tomorrow  stamp set.
Such a fun and versatile stamp that can create so many different looks depending on the medium you use.
Today I've gone for the "bright" and vibrant look

Products used :
Light Tomorrow stamp set
Cogs stamp set
Everyday Sentiments
Distress Oxides
Transfer foils

I inked up all the cog stamps in various bright Distress Oxides,  and stamped them randomly all over the card blank
On a seperate piece of square card I stamped the fab Light Bulb in black onyx versafine then masked it off
Using the same Distress Oxides I randomly stamped parts off the texture stamp over the masked Light Bulb. This gives the illusion of it coming from behind
I then used my transfer foils to create some "lighr" rays
To complete I stamped the sentiment in black onyx versafine.
This was matted onto black card then adhered to card blank

I love this fun and contemporary look ... hope you do to

I'll be back again soon

Transfer foils were used to create the light rays

Background was created using the shaving foam technique with inks

I used distress inks, sparkle pens and gilding wax to create this mdf bulb artboard

Using the beautiful Butterflies and Distress Oxides with the Tyre Compass.

I used acrylic paint on the reverse side of heat resistant acetate and inks blown through a straw, to create the light rays

The texture stamps were inked up and stamped, with Distress Oxides, to create the background
Inks were smooshed around, to create the matt for the Tyre Compass to be stamped on

I used white ink, white embossing powder,  vellum and gilding wax to create this card

Distress Oxides were blended on Canvas Board.
Texture paste was applied through the Harlequin Dinkable then I rubbed gilding wax over the top.
The mdf wings, clock, cogs and keys were sprayed with shimmer inks.
I stamped and embossed the film strip on heat resistant acetate.
I added a hint of yellow sparkle to the stamped light bulbs.
