Every hour is a dream

Hi crafters xx

I'm on the Buzzy Goings On At Bee Crafty Blog today with my make using the brilliant Skyline Inkables. I love the versatility of these and they can be used for any occasion

Products used :
Skyline Inkables
Every hour is a Dream sentiment
Birds On A Wire
Distress Oxides
Versafine

Having created a background using Distress Oxides, I then inked through various Skyline Inkables in coordinating and graduating Oxides
I added highlights with a white gel pen
The Birds On A Wire and sentiment, were stamped in black onyx versafine
This was then matted onto black card before adhering to card blank

A simple but beautiful card that would look completely different in other colour combinations

Thankyou for stopping by and I'll be back again soon

Dream of Dragons

Hi everyone xx

It's my turn over on the Bee Crafty blog today.
I couldn't resist making another card using the fabulous Dragon stamp set . This time I've gone for the little Dragon stamp as my focal point and can you guess what tv series my inspiration came from 😂

Also used:
Dragon sentiment stamp
Skylines Inkables
Distress Oxides
Shaving foam
Inks/paints/sprays

I created a background using one of my favourite techniques,  shaving foam with inks 😂😂 It's fun, creates unique backgrounds every time, and it smells lovely too lol.
Once dry I used Distress Oxides through my skyline Inkables.
I blended the same inks around the edges you draw your eye into the middle.
The Dragons were stamped in different coloured Distress Oxides.
To finish the sentiment was stamped in brown versafine

Thankyou for stopping by and I'll be back again soon

TIME

Hi everyone xx

I'm back on the Buzzy Goings On At Bee Crafty Blog with another make using one of the Skyline Inkables, the iconic Tower Bridge

Also used:
TIME sentiment
Flock of Birds
Distress Oxides
Versafine

I masked of a panel across front of my card blank
I blended Distress Oxides around the "inny " skyline first, ensuring the Oxides were blended through out the masked panel
Once removed I inked through the "outy " Inkable
I went back in with the "inny" Inkable,  to get the little lines more prominent
The masking tape was removed then the Flock of Birds, and sentiment, were stamped in Versafine

I hope you liked today's post and I'll be back again soon

It's all about Style Wire Frames and Dinkables!

Here's a list of the products used throughout my samples:

Style Wire Frames: Hearts, Square,  Circle
Style Wire Borders
Abstract Leaves
Sentiment stamps: Inspirational Words: 1,2
Backdrop Stamps: Retro Dash & Dots, Distressed Diamonds,  Dots, Draughts
D'Inkables set 1,2,3

MDF Artboard tag

Also used:
Distress Inks
Distress Oxides
Lustre Luxe
Gilding Flakes
Embossing powder
Versmark Ink
Versafine ink
Vellum
Canvas Board

Here are my samples with a brief overview

I used the Abstract Leaves,  which were stamped, and cut out, out in Spiced Marmalade and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide. These were adhered to a foam pad to create this 3d flower
The Glad I did It sentiment was stamped in the centre of the Style Wire Circle Frame with one of the Style Wire Borders being used to create a frame

The Style Wire Square Frames were stamped in Peacock Feathers, Wilted Violet and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide.
I blended through the Dots, Circle Lattice and Sunset D'Inkables to create the "flowers"
The Sunset D'Inkable was inked through in Worn Lipstick to represent the Sun
Some of the Abstract Leaves were stamped directly onto the card and some were stamped on a seperate piece of card. These were cut out then adhered with 3d glue gel. This creates dimension to the card
I stamped the Life Is Good sentiment in Deep Lagoon versafine

The canvas Board was covered in Golden Gate, Sea Green and Ocean Blue Lustre Luxe and one of the Style Wire Borders was stamped around the edge in black onyx versafine.
The Style Wire Square Frame and Dreams Come True sentiment were also stamped in black onyx versafine
I used Ocean Blue through the Feathers D'Inkables,  to add dimension

I cut a panel of black card that fitted across my card blank. Double sided adhesive was used, with gilding flakes, to create two strips along the two edges
The Style Wire Heart frames, and Love sentiment, were stamped in Versmark ink then heat embossed in gold
Golden Gate Lustre Luxe was used through the Heart D'Inkable
The panel was adhered to card blank using foam pads

I embossed the Off Set Dots Inkable onto black card then rubbed Moonstone Lustre Luxe over the top, to highlight the dots
The Style Wire Circle Frames and Circle Of Friends sentiment, were stamped in Versmark and heat embossed in Silver
These were layered onto rainbow mirri

I used Ocean Blue and Lavender Quartz Lustre Luxe through the Cracked Glass D'Inkable.
The Be Yourself sentiment was stamped onto vellum, in Versmark and heat embossed in black

Lavender Quartz, Ocean Blue and Moonstone Lustre Luxe was blended over an MDF Artboard Tag.
Iced Spruce and Faded Jeans Distress Oxides, and Black Soot Distress Ink, were blended through the Skylines 1,3,HP Inkables
I used Moonstone Lustre Luxe through the Sunburst D'Inkable
The sentiment was stamped in black onyx versafine,  cut out and adhered with wet glue

The background was made by blending Wilted Violet, Spiced Marmalade and Picked Raspberry onto a glass mat, spritzing with water then mopping up the ink on my card. I dried each layer off before adding more ink.
I used the same colour inks through the Dots and Circle Lattice D'Inkables,  to add dimension.
The Style Wire Square Frames and Being Happy sentiment were stamped in Versmark ink and heat embossed in white.

Faded Jeans, Picked Raspberry and Iced Spruce were inked onto a glass mat, spritzed with water then the card was dragged through it to create this background. I dried in between, adding more ink until I was happy with the effect.
Worn Lipstick was blended through the Sunset and Splatter D'Inkables, to create the sun.
I used Faded Jeans DO and Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink through the Georgia and Capitol Skyline Inkables. A white gel pen was used to highlight areas of the skyline
To finish the sentiment was stamped in Deep Lagoon versafine

Having made some Pixie Powder backgrounds, I stamped and cut out the Style Wire Heart Frames in black onyx versafine.
The Abstract Leaves were also stamped in black onyx versafine and cut out.
I stamped the Style Wire Borders across the top and bottom of the kraft card panel, and sentiment, in the black onyx.
The two smaller hearts were adhered with foam pads to add dimension

Well that's all my samples for the fabulous Bee Crafty products being showcased today on Hochanda.
