Afternoon  everyone xx
How are you all? Anything exciting planned for rest of today?

Here's a DT sample I made for
Honey Doo Crafts to showcase the beautiful

Butterfly And Flowers Large Corner
Birthday Sentiments
Music Notes

Also used :
Distress Oxide: Worn Lipstick
Kuretake clean colour pen : Green Shadow
Smokey Grey versafine ink

  • I cut some green card slightly smaller than my card blank and white card slightly smaller than this
  • The Butterfly Corner was stamped onto the white card with the Smokey Grey versafine ink.  I also stamped part of it coming down from the top right corner
  • The sentiment and a butterfly were also stamped in the Versafine
  • On a seperate piece of card I stamped it again,  coloured in the flowers with the Green Shadow pen, then cut them out.
  • Using the Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide, I stamped the Music Notes, so it went over the flowers
  • The sample was then assembled and the flowers shaped and adhered with 3d glue gel

I drew round the mdf plaque onto water colour card and cut it out

The distress inks were blended over the watercolour card and water droplets spritzed all over, then dabbed off with a paper towel

The music notes stamp was inked up with the Mowed Lawn DI, held in the palm of my hand, then inked randomly over the card

The main outline stamp was stamped in black onyx versafine ink, as was the sentiment

I used a yellow and orange kuretake pen, with a water brush, to add speckles of colour over the flower head

Once dry the card was adhered to the mdf tag and the Lustre Luxe was applied around the edges of the tag to add a beautiful shimmerI Hooe you like the sample I made

Lovely Lily and Music stamp sets by Honey Doo Crafts

Good morning everyone xx

It's the weekend..Yay.  What have you got planned?

Today I'm sharing a Canvas I made using :
Lovely Lily stamp set
Music stamp set
Both available from
Www.honeydoocrafts.co.uk
Also used:
Texture Paste
Acrylic Paints
Dyna Paints
Distress Ink : Cracked Pistachio,  Shaded Lilac
Gold Gilding Wax

To begin I blended Cracked Pistachio and Shaded Lilac distress inks all over the canvas, varying the shades from light to dark

I mixed some of the inks into my texture paste and went through a dotty stencil

The main Lily was stamped in black onyx versafine ink

Using Pebeo Dyna paints and a water brush,  I coloured in the Lilies.  Beautiful shimmer

The Music stamp was held in the palm of my hand and stamped randomly in the black ink

I also stamped some circles in a blue acrylic paint

To finish I highlighted the edges of the canvas and over the texture paste dots, with Pebeo gold gilding wax

Honey Doo Crafts Lovely Lily stamp set

Morning crafters.

Hoping you're all well.
Here is my final sample for the new stamps sets released by www.honeydoocrafts.co.uk

This is using one of my favourites,  the Lovely Lily stamp set. I've also used another two new stamp sets, Music Notes and Mum sentiment stamp.

I cut a white card panel to fit on a card blank and then cut another shaped piece of card that will sit above the panel.

I used a mask to create a moon with distress inks, that would peep out from under the shaped card once assembled.

On the shaped panel I randomly stamped the music notes in lilac ink and distressed the edge on the same colour.

The Lily stamp was then stamped onto the main card panel using Kuretake clean colour pens to colour in.

The sentiment, from the Mum stamp set, was stamped and matted onto lilac card.

The sample was then assembled using wet glue and foam pads to add depth.

A few pearls finished it off.

I hope you've enjoyed seeing all my samples for the new stamps from Honey Doo Crafts.  I've had so much fun playing

Honey Doo Crafts Music Notes stamp set

Morning crafters.

Would like to share 2 samples I made showcasing the new Music Notes stamp set by www.honeydoocrafts.co.uk

I also used the Dad stamp set on the samples

The music notes were stamped in black versafine onto a white card panel and then matted onto red card.

The sentiment was also stamped and matted onto the red card

The sample was then assembled with foam pads and a few black pearls were used to finish it off.

I randomly stamped the music notes in 3 sections on the left side of a white card panel.

Using an acrylic block I smooshed distress inks, spritzed with water, randomly over the 3 sections.  I used kitchen towel to blend colours into each area to add more effect.

The sentiment was stamped in black versafine and then the panel was matted onto black and blue card before adhering to card blank.

I hope you liked my samples and would love to read your comments
