How's your weekend going? Been busy crafting?
Today I'm showcasing another of my DT samples for the new stamps by www.honeydoocrafts.co.uk
Make sure you tune in to Hochanda tomorrow, the 17th July, to catch Amanda showcasing all her new stamps as well as other gorgeous products
I'm using:
Mystical Flowers
Friendship Quotes
Bee Whatever You Want To Bee
Also used:
Distress Inks : Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistachio, Wilted Violet, Worn Lipstick, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade
Black onyx versafine ink
Rainbow Mirri
- I cut a square of rainbow mirri slightly smaller than my 7x7 card blank, and a slightly smaller square of white card
- Setting the mirri mat aside, I masked a panel on the white mat
- Using my distress inks I blended strips across the panel, ensuring I had a smooth blend between each colour. I like to use smoochies as I find they give a smoother blend
- Whilst the masking tape was still in place, I stamped some of the smaller stamps randomly within the panel, in black onyx versafine ink
- I also stamped the bees and sentiment in the versafine ink
- I adhered this to the mirri mat and then onto the card blank, using wet glue
- On a seperate piece of card I stamped the flowers in the versafine ink and once dry, I coloured them in using my distress inks and a water brush
- The flowers were adhered to card using pinflair 3d gel, to complete this sample
I hope you like my use of these new flower stamps which are so pretty, and very versatile
Check out the website for lots of fab products and dont for get to watch Amanda on the 17th
